OS as a Service

Think about it how about a PC with internet with Online Subscription just for 30 $ a month ? You get to mail, listen to music, chat, browse on intenet for about 30 $ a month. Yes it is possible, lets look at the math:
How much does a lap top cost 800 $
Over 3 years it comes to about 25 $ a month including cost of Windows OS.
